Greetings Everyone from Vanguard Landing Headquarters which happens to be the sweetest little farmhouse ever!!!
As you continue to see on our Website, in this newsletter and on our
Facebook page, MANY exciting things are happening in the
development of this non- profit to create a safe, progressive and self-
sustaining planned community for our friends and family members
with Intellectual Disabilities!
In order for this community to move forward, we of course have to
continue to get full support from our friends, families and community
just as the other sister communities around this great nation are! One
of the ways we need support RIGHT NOW is in the form of LEAD
Donor gifts (financial with benefits of Naming Opportunities and
Named Gift Levels) and in written Pledges via the attached Pledge
Donor Form mailed back which demonstrates gifts to come in any
size over the next 3-5 years.

We are so thrilled with the responses we have gotten so far in generous Pledge Forms (nearly $500,000!). These combined with Lead Gifts combined with equity in our land is the ONLY way we are going to be able to secure financing to start development! We must have money to borrow money!
