Vanguard Landing is a neurodiverse, intentional community where adults with different abilities, experiences, interests, and support needs can live alongside one another as neighbors.

Our primary mission is to provide meaningful residential and community opportunities for adults with intellectual and developmental differences. As part of our commitment to creating an inclusive and integrated neighborhood, we have some residences for rent (one bedroom suites with private baths and shared common living space and one bedroom townhomes) that are available to adults seeking community-based housing without Vanguard Landing’s licensed residential support services.

Individuals interested in learning more may submit a Community Living Interest Form. This form is an expression of interest only. It is not a formal housing application, does not establish a position on a waiting list, and does not guarantee current or future availability.
